In 2013 I created a portal that had the aim to educate all bwin.party employees about the learning and development opportunities available to them. It contains information about the services offered, trainings they can attend, eLearning courses curated and many more. Within the first 12 months the website was visited by more than 85% of all employees.

I enjoy creative videos in my free time so it was only natural that this passion would transfer to my work sooner or later. Since 2012 I've created over 20 videos for different clients within the business. I use whiteboard and animation software, record and edit all voiceover and create communication plans for launching the videos.
Team and Personal Branding
I created the branding for the university website which then turned into the branding used by the entire L&D team, including training workbooks, reports, handouts and emails.

Agile in HR
I've worked as a Scrum Master for an Agile team in HR for 2 years. Moving to a new company (Telenor Bulgaria), I saw an opportunity to develop an entirely new culture for HR - one that works in a Scrum team.

In the summer of 2018 I decided to give up my career in the corporate world and founded Learning Adventures - a Learning and Development Consultancy.
Learning Adventures offers B2B solutions including training, webinars, coaching, management and leadership development, team development and L&D as a services.
