In 2013 I created a portal that had the aim to educate all bwin.party employees about the learning and development opportunities available to them. It contains information about the services offered, trainings they can attend, eLearning courses curated and many more. Within the first 12 months the website was visited by more than 85% of all employees.

In 2015 I worked in a team tasked with creating a New Manager Induction process. As part of that I created an online portal that contained all the important information managers needed to aware of to complete their daily tasks in the most efficient way.

Since 2013, when the L&D team first started looking at revising our offering, I have created over 50 custom-made training sessions that were tailored to the specific needs of the various teams within the business.

Video Production

I enjoy creative videos in my free time so it was only natural that this passion would transfer to my work sooner or later. Since 2012 I've created over 20 videos for different clients within the business. I use whiteboard and animation software, record and edit all voiceover and create communication plans for launching the videos.

The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team

In 2013 I designed and ran a pilot series of 12 sessions based on P. Lencioni's "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team: Business Fable". Since then, 7 more teams went through the sessions, each lasting up to 6 months.

I created the branding for the university website which then turned into the branding used by the entire L&D team, including training workbooks, reports, handouts and emails.

Personal

I am passionate about Learning and Development and web design. So I decided to combine these. My personal branding project is ongoing and so far includes this website, my Facebook profile, a hashtag #adventuresofthelearner, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google+ accounts.

Agile in HR

I've worked as a Scrum Master for an Agile team in HR for 2 years. Moving to a new company (Telenor Bulgaria), I saw an opportunity to develop an entirely new culture for HR - one that works in a Scrum team.

Learning Adventures offers B2B solutions including training, webinars, coaching, management and leadership development, team development and L&D as a services.

In 2020 I got together with my work bestie Raya and we founded The L&D Academy - an educational online space for Learning and Development practitioners.

We host online courses, downloadable resources and a blog to help people in L&D grow in their careers!
